Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
All our T-Shirts use Printify as our print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not available if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. for our print-on-demand T-Shirt products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery and include photos of the damage. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, contact us and we will attempt to track it down with the postal service, however, we are not responsible for porch pirate activities or lost deliveries. We currently only ship to the US so you are relying on the USPS to get the package to you. If this is a concern, contact us and we can manually order your shirt(s) then have them mailed with insurance and/or signed delivery options. Of course this will delay the shipping process and will cost you more for shipping, which will be TBD.
